"Great staff, arrived super early at 8 am and was checked into a room right away. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside is the wait for elevators, but the staff moves quickly when a line starts to form."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was nice. It’s not super new, but one of the nicer hotels in the area. They do provide a $35 bar restaurant credit per day per room so that was a pleasant surprise and we did enjoy that."
