The location was very convenient for getting to all parts of NYC. The staff were friendly, available, and helpful. The fitness room was a bit sparse, but I'm glad the hotel had one.
Great place to stay right in the heart of Chelsea. Easy access to the subway and walk a few blocks to Union Square, the High Line and Meatpacking District. Perfect amenities for remote work with a spacious 2nd floor lounge, restaurant/Coffee Bar. Reve coffee is also a couple doors down for great morning coffee. Highly recommend for a trip to NYC.
Small but very efficient and thoughtfully designed room. Great located and well-updated. My only negative experience was with the elevators- be prepared to wait a bit. Would rebook.
This location was central to everything.
Also having a restaurant and a bar was very nice.
All the staff members were friendly and accommodating.
I would recommend this hotel and will return once again.
The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was clean and bright. Beds were comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure. The bed layout was particularly great (the bunk bed layout is a good space saver).
Great location, clean rooms with towels, shampoo, soap.
Check in staff could have been a bit more helpful and better cust. service. (I guess it's a young untrained staff).
Overall it was worth the stay.
It was great! Room was small but big enough for a city stay. Bed was super comfortable and I liked the minty soaps and shampoo. The drinks at the bar downstairs were great also! It was a great location and easy to walk to restaurants, parks, shops, and a great location for attending an event at MSG. My only little complaint would be there was no coffee machine in the room. I love a morning Nespresso in bed at a hotel. (Especially when it’s been a party weekend… which isn’t that what’s happening when you’re in town for a Harry styles concert?!? lol). So yeah wished there was a little coffee machine in the room. But wasn’t the end of the world or a deal breaker. I’d stay here again.
Front desk staff are rude. All of them. Not accommodating n helpful at all.
Location of hotel was great. If I paid $600sh a night for a hotel at least teach ur staff to be nice. Maybe send the staff to a customer service class n learn. I get it it’s nyc people are abrupt but Geesh. Teach the staff customer service
