The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the subway and within walking distance of Times Square. The staff was amazing! Specially the breakfast crew, they were so sweet and tentative, they even made our waffles for us! The cleaning crew was also so help fun, she made cleaned out room and gave us clean towels every morning, kudos to them!

Great location, close to transportation. Staff very nice, responsive. Room was pretty small but worked fine for 3 adults. Some charging outlets didn't work. Bathroom was small but actually had plenty of towel hooks AND a nice close-up makeup mirror. The included breakfast was well done, lots of options, great coffee and very organized-- including tools to assist if wanted to takeout to your room. Overall a great deal!
