"My deposit was reversed by someone at the property. The staff would not be accountable for the mishap. I repeatedly was told contact hotels.com hotels.com saw my check out date as 10/25 but the resort had it as 10/24. It was a lot of back and forth however the hotel itself was nice."

"The only option for parking is valet at $45 + tax per night. I think the hotel should evaluate adding a self park option. We were in my boyfriend's big truck and the garages were too small. So we prayed each night to find a street spot."
