"The room was clean aside from a broken coffee pot, I drink coffee daily, so it was an annoyance to have to hold the coffee port in such a way so that the top wouldn't fall off. I didn't feel like putting in a call to have the pot changed in 24 hours so I didn't request a new one, it's a small detail ..."
