The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.  We had several issues regarding the room. "Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!"

The tv was on and someone was talking loudly on their phone - I needed an early night as I wasn’t feeling well. That didn’t happen. As a woman travelling alone I was not comfortable with a ground floor room close to the entrance - I would have liked to open the window, but did not feel secure enough.
