An enjoyable stay for the family at a comfortable hotel close to the sea. Staff were friendly, and there was plenty of parking behind the hotel. The food was pub style, well priced and good quality. The bar was well stocked
Perfect for a short dog-friendly break. Perfect location, close to the beach and also Cromer and Sheringham. Staff are super friendly! We’ll be staying again.

Room was clean, staff very friendly and the food in the restaurant was lovely
A very pet friendly hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room (14) was large and accommodated us and our 2 border collies. There is a large car park at the rear. The food was excellent
On arrival radiator in room not working and still not working when we left after 3 nights . Day 2 we had electric heater provided. Continental breakfast was poor no fruit juices or fresh or fruit cocktail ( or tinned. No bread or toast machine butter or preserves . Small boxes of cereals and unappealing croissants were there. Although this is our personal opinion other guests were saying the same to us.
The general
Manager was very nice and needs a medal trying to get things sorted . The kitchen is contracted to outside. Caterers who are not under her control.
I politely but firmly Made my complaints . The bar service was good and was well stocked.
Lovey staff. Food good. Nice bar, but the room was freezing as was the loo. No central heating, only a small blower heater. We couldn’t find the switch for the towel rail in bathroom. Couldn’t wait to leave. We were family in room 17. Steep stairs so beware for this room and don’t book unless it’s warm outside!
First time we've taken our Labrador to stay in a hotel, they're very dog friendly and helpful with any queries you may have about your stay or the nearby area. The breakfast hamper was plentiful and the food in the restaurant was very good too, we had an evening meal and cooked breakfast during our weekend stay. Would certainly recommend and hope to visit again sometime.
