"This hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is very small and in a strange spot so not that enticing to use. The gym is very well equipped and spacious; but it was under construction partway through our visit which we did not know about ahead of time. The only issue I had with this hotel was the mattresses; they need to be replace. They are conceived and springs poke into you-it was very uncomfortable. But I cannot stress enough how wonderful the front...

"The Best Western Zen is very well located. It’s in a safe, walkable neighbourhood and close to the metro. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and my room was quite large. This hotel has the best hot water I’ve had on a trip. The pool and rooftop are very nice and give you a great view of the city."

"This isn’t our first time staying at an AC Marriott Hotel, and as expected, it didn’t disappoint us. The building is modern and elegant, the rooms are clean, neat, everything works as it should and so on. The buffet breakfast was very very good, front desk staff was very polite and efficient; very good location, air conditioned is very quiet and efficient, etc. We have no complaints and will definitely keep booking AC hotels everywhere we travel in the future."
