"The first room we had had bedbugs. They quickly reassigned us to another room. I have stayed here at the Urban many times and never had an issue. Hope this issues has been resolved."

"Overall the hotel was ok. The Lobby had an air freshener smell too strong and not pleasant. The room was clean but also had the air freshener smell when we entered, we had to leave the terrace door open all day to make it go away. The towels need change - too old. The breakfast was ok - nothing special. Staff was very nice. The pool and last floor was very nice, nice view. Its in a good location, lots of restaurants nearby. Only 15 min to old town and 30 min to airport, uber works perfectly."

"Then front desk staff , the two young man working when I went was very helpful and knowledgable very professional young men.Over it’s a nice hotel to stay and the break was ok , there are other area I would suggest exploring for breakfast if it’s not included in your cost .
