"This hotel is one of the best values in all of El Cangrejo! Its location is central to all of the walkable areas and businesses along Via Argentina. Having access to the Power club directly across the street and the 24-hour mini super next door are such great perks! The hotel staff has assisted us with special needs on other occasions without hesitation. The rooms are always very tidy and housekeeping staff does a phenomenal job. We are guaranteed to return many more times!"

"The reception staff was excellent. They were always attentive to our needs. The gentleman who helped with Luggage and the door and our car service were also very hospitable. The cleaning staff of our room always served us with a big smile, and there were no issues in regards to the room whatsoever. Some people leave mixed reviews, but my review says it is a very economical hotel that will meet your needs when traveling, especially for immigration. "

"From the moment I walked into the hotel, I liked the chic esthetic of the lobby. The hospitality was immediate and consistently gracious with all the staff I interacted with. I was granted my key and got off the elvator to a well lit, mood-lifting hallway. I noticed a clean lemon like scent as soon as I entered the room. I was instantly more relaxed. "Great location near good walkable restaurants "

"At Novotel my partner and I felt like family. The staff made sure that we were comfortable. The room was always spotless. The staff was friendly and made sure we understood everything. We called the front desk to report a minor issue we were having we the AC and it took 2 munutes for maintenance to get to the room and it was fixed in 5 minutes. This was our second time staying at Novotel and will definitely be returning for a third."

"They are not kidding about the stairs but the property was lovely and very conveniently situated in Boquete. The rooftop area was lovely and we saw a rainbow every day we were there. The cleaning lady was really our only contact but she was very present and helpful. Would recommend but if stairs bother, ask for a room on the lowest floor (which still involves a tiny hoof up). Also extremely close to several wonderful coffee, chocolate, beer, food establishments. "
