However we did notice that a few functions of the room control panel, e.g., the skylight and window treatment, have either been disabled or are not working as they used to, and we no longer get room upgrades despite the Expedia status or being loyal to the property. "Great location close to the metro. I got an early check-in here, very rare at a European hotel and wonderful after a long flight. Easy stay in Paris."

"Pleasant stay, well priced. Beds could be more comfortable."

"We felt misled by Expedia’s photos of the room. We didn’t have a bed, it was a sofa bed at an awkward angle so one of us couldn’t get out of the bed easily which was difficult especially at night if we needed the toilet. Maybe it was just this particular Adagio in Nation which is like this but this is our personal view and we are well travelled people. Suffice to say check the rooms properly in the photos. Otherwise it was clean and very well located."
