"Airport shuttle was bang on time and free. Check in was quick and easy and staff member was helpful. Room was huge but sadly it was very obvious a previous guest had been smoking in it. I was too tired after a long day's travelling to go back to reception and ask them to move me so sucked it up. Room decor was also a bit tired and while superficially looked clean the edges of drawers and the cupboard doors where the kettle is stored were sticky. I could hear other guests talking and also snoring in the early hours. I was able to do laundry at the health club and had a lovely swim while I waited for it to dry. Breakfast buffet had a good range of food."

"Japan was immensely clean period, but this place was so amazing. Staff was great, the mart inside was so convenient and inexpensive but with great customer service. The shuttle to the train station was highly convenient."
