"Loved our room we had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach and the pool. The spa services were amazing. The pools were nice and the servers and staff were friendly. The only issues was timing on getting service we waited long periods off times to get served or even be acknowledged. We found this unusual for an IGH property."

"We left at at 02:30am so was too early for most things but the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff bent over backwards to help us get through luggage check in and to the TSA point. Without their help, we would have never gotten all our stuff to the ticket counter in time to make our flight. "

"The room was nice. Unfortunately we can hear everything going on outside.There were doors slamming all night and we can hear the staff have conversations right outside the door for a long period. We are charged $100 for a buffet breakfast and we’re not given the choice to look through a menu when other guests were given that option. Experience over all was ok. "
