My only issue is that everyone acted like there was no way for me to get change to tip the valet drivers while being forced to valet park. The initial staff I encountered at the valet was a bit dismissive as well when I was trying to understand parking options. "

A standout feature for us was the central air conditioning; it’s a much better experience compared to other hotels in this price range that often use noisy window units. The location is a bit isolated, especially since we didn't have a car during our stay. It’s a bit of a trek to walk to the Century City Shopping Centre. However, there is a Ralphs supermarket right across the street, which made it incredibly convenient to grab supplies. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with reliable climate control and don't mind a bit of walking (or using rideshares), this is a solid choice!"

"I enjoyed my time at the hotel and liked the area since there are lots of food spots to choose from. The room was clean, the staff was kind, and the parking was easy and very close to your room. The breakfast was mid but you cannot beat free coffee. Overall, I will stay here again. But fix your wifi and make it better. I need it the wifi to work on my assignments during my stay. Lol."

"Breakfast was great but the "fresh" pastries were anything but fresh they were dry like week old pastries.Room was clean. Bathroom needs updating. Mirror held up by drywall screws at the bottom. Open shower glass design leads to a wet bathroom and a cold shower. Shower fixture was old and outdated. The next complaint is not due to the hotel but due to the construction around the hotel - there was loud banging like pile driving all night. The city has quite hours but the construction never stopped. Again his portion of the complaint is only about the city and would effect all hotels in the area. "

"The room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Parking was amazing you get your own parking spot right in front of your room door. The only issue I had was no hot water. The hot water ran out so fast I had to take a cold shower."

"Room wasn’t clean even though it was made up. My kids feet were black after walking on the carpet barefoot. They must not clean the carpet, ever. Dust bunnies found under the bed after trying to get my kids toys back. My husband’s allergies were so bad staying inside. Parking is a joke. There are six tandem spots right outside the lobby. If someone is parked there already you either Austin powers it and park or get out of your car to run into the lobby and ask the front desk to open the underground garage gate at the back of the hotel. "
