Old but clean. Got a good nights rest and felt safe. Comforter was a little too old. It was clean but felt unclean because it was old. Other than that, everything was good.

Everything was good with the staff and the room was clean.The only thing that was bad was there was some sort of leak in the bathroom and the floor was consistently wet but I’m not sure where the leak was coming from.

Family run motel. Very quiet and just the basics. I’ve stayed here twice and would stay again. Beds are hard but other than that, it’s clean, well kept, conveniently located and a good place to stay.

great value

Centrally located in LA in a safe area, simple room no frills but very clean and nice staff. You can tell care and attention is paid to the upkeep and garden / looks, etc. If you just want a place to stay for seeing LA, it is a great option.
