"Este Hotel tiene una característica muy especial y es que ofrecen un Excelente servicio en toda su área, suelo hospedarme mucho en el por la comodidad y confort que recibo tanto en las instalaciones como en su personal de servicio, casi siempre me expreso en base a las jóvenes del área Premium, pero en esta ocasión quiero hablarles del área del Restaurant Bufet, en sentido la comida es exquisita todo muy fresco y excelente sabor y sobre el personal la verdad que les doy un 100%, siempre están atento a todo y te hacen sentir como un Rey. Los felicito. Los jóvenes que están en la entrada del hotel en el área de seguridad y maleteros, también son muy eficientes y listos a darle la mano a todos los turistas al llegar. Ahora sobre las instalaciones este hotel es fenomenal, casi siempre uso el Jacuzzi en el área Premium lo cual es muy acogedor, pero en esta ocasión fui a la piscina y la verdad no quería salir de ella, el bar cerca de la piscina son muy atentos, y me gusta porque tiene un área de niños en el cual incluye tobogán y su piscina."

"Beautiful property, well-maintained, and clean. Staff could be a little more helpful and supportive. The property is located right in front of a beautiful beach, but there was a large amount of sargassum/algae, which made it impossible to go in the water. That was the only downside and not the hotel's fault at all. Overall, we had a good experience."
