"This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good."

"The building had multiple units and we stayed in the Melody unit which was on the top floor. It might be a problem for people with mobility issue since we had to climb up 4 sets of stairs but it wasn't a problem for us. The apartment was very spaces compared to other places we stayed in Italy. The bathroom looked like it was newly remodeled. The apartment was very clean. There was a washer and drying rack. "Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."
