"Wonderful stay in Florence! The room was spotless. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the river from our room was beautiful. The staff was extremely responsive to our request requests. We asked for a third chair because there were three of us. It appeared in our room while we were out on our tour. "This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good."
