Classy, small hotel, plenty of restaurants and easy walking distance if you are happy to go just that bit further to shake off the crowds. View of the Arno and the famous skyline from some units. Owners are great communicators. They have fixed desk hours but provide easy instructions for self checkin/out. "

"We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"

"Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."
