"Great room location. Great bed and pillows. Very well located. Loved the historical prestige of the place. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay here! Fulvio was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. He kindly helped us with our luggage and made check-in a breeze. He also went out of his way to help us arrange taxis whenever we needed them. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious, located in a peaceful neighborhood while still being conveniently close to all the places we wanted to visit. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. We would absolutely love to...

"We were very happy with our stay at the bernini Palace. The hotel waas beautifully appointed, and the staff was helpful and friendly."

"This apartment hotel is fantastic and definitely deserves a 5/5 rating. Everything was so easy and smooth from check in to check out. The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was incredible and the location is fantastic. We will definitely come back next time we are in Florence."

"I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!"

"Had a great room with access to a rooftop patio and a spectacular view"

"Great Staff. Super helpful. Great location."

"Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."

"Amazing experience, everything was very close and the host are very respectful and responsive."

"Corner room With amazing view !! Beautiful rooms , comfortable beds , very clean"

"Everything about our stay here was top notch. Our room was amazing, very clean and had 2 separate rooms , kitchenette and a good size bathroom. It was also so nice to use their spa with sauna and pool to relax after the day of non stop walking. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast with great variety of dishes. Location is close to all attractions. Definitely would recommend staying here!"

"Muito boa a hospedagem e localização excelente, o único porém foi o processo de check-in. Poderia ter sido avisado que era imprescindível que fosse feito para acessarmos a hospedagem. Deixamos para última hora e tivemos uma oscilação na internet, tivemos que pegar Wi-Fi num estabelecimento, pois o anfitriã não se mostrou disposto ao auxiliar com a internet para prosseguirmos com o check-in. Fora isso, estadia maravilhosa."

"Staff was great, they were clear about expectations and working hours. Very accommodating for requests. Would recommend due to location and simplicity."

"We couldn't check in at the hotel itself as one of the toilet was broken down, so we were transferred to another apartment to find that it is well-equipped with cooking facilities. The lounge was spacious and quiet. Unfortunately it is a fair way from tourists' attraction."

"The room was great, staff were friendly. Overall a good place to stay. However, be aware, the B&B is located in a beautiful historic building and there are 77 steps to the door. After a long day of sightseeing, the steps were a killer."
