"This is a good property, but I would definitely recommend that they mention the check in process online, especially for people arriving a little late at night . First off this property is in an area that doesn’t allow cars so I had to walk all the way to search for it. It was a hassle to get in as this B&B is located in a yard that is accessed through a building which requires an access code.. "A decent sized, comfortable room within walking distance of the station. Room was really quiet but adjacent piazza has food/bar so very convenient. Breakfast left in room was fine if basic, fridge provided. Would stay here again on a visit to Pisa."

"The host was so sweet and accommodating! They also went above and beyond to provide small touches for extra comfort eg water, toiletries etc. the bed was very comfortable. this was a very unique place to stay and close to lots of shops, restaurants etc. we had a great experience! "
"We were really happy here.
It was a walkable distance from the centre and close the the wall.
The rooms were comfortable and had air con and the staff were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations.
They also booked a taxi for us when we checked out.
We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

"Such a beautiful hotel with decorated garden, all staff are so nice and friendly; reception, waiter, waitress. Small room but nice with full Facilities&Utilities bathroom. Breakfast is perfect, bread, cheese, fruits and very nice coffee. Anyway, because I like to sit on the floor, feel the floor is not really clean. "

"A very good stay at this hotel and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy and the outside terrace is lovely. The location is very convenient to the nearest local station and to explore Pisa town (which is recommended) and the tourist area. Would highly recommend if you are exploring Pisa or want to take a trip to Florence or other areas of Tuscany as the transport networks are very efficient.
Highly recommended and would definitely stay again! "
