"Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. "Such a beautiful hotel with decorated garden, all staff are so nice and friendly; reception, waiter, waitress. Small room but nice with full Facilities&Utilities bathroom. Breakfast is perfect, bread, cheese, fruits and very nice coffee. Anyway, because I like to sit on the floor, feel the floor is not really clean. "

It was very clean and comfortable.

Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly Marta who was just fantastic! Breakfast was good but variety and could be improved. Our room had a large balcony which was extremely useful. Snacks were provided eg toasted sandwich as room service but variety and quality could be improved. A nice hotel to stay at."
"This property is right across the street from Cathedral Square.. with the Leaning tower, cathedral and baptistry. I’m not sure if all rooms have the same view, but we were on the second floor and our two windows looked right at the leaning tower. It was cool. Kids loved it. Ages 10 and 4. Staff was helpful with directions, transportation. We would stay here again, without a doubt. Super cool spot. "
