Hotel is very clean. It is well located in Livorno - close to everything. It is also very quiet from street noise, a hard thing to say is always the case in Italy."

"This hotel has the best bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."
