Stately hotel in a great location with very helpful staff. Some minor conditions that could be improved with the room (leaky shower door, no chair in the room).

We loved our stay here. Some previous reviews were concerning, but when we arrived, we saw nothing mentioned in those reviews. Our room was spacious with a lot of natural light. It was clean. We loved the ambiance of the hotel as well as the rooftop pool and bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant and watched the sunset. The staff—at every point—was kind and helpful. Absolutely a wonderful experience.

We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned. The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful. We would not return.

Overall very good, but HOTIDAY is only a AI generated tried to call on the numbers given but only connected to a chat with a Robot! Further they pushed to checkin online to save time and so on, but when arriving at the accommodation/hotel they did not recognize any knowledge about any kind of online checkin. Feels like HOTIDAY just collected personal information for them self!!!

Dated and not great

The spa was not included. The room smelled like drains. The hotel was very dated and not well looked after. The swimming pool was old.
