Best Western Cinemusic Hotel

"The staff and cleanliness of the property were excellent. The staff were helpful and kind. The private patio was a bonus, especially given how small the room was. The mattress was very firm, which I found comfortable. There is no pool at this hotel, only a hot tub. I am not sure if that is Expedia’s error or the hotel’s that the photos are labeled as “pool” on Expedia. The bathrooms are open concept, right off the front door, and the frosted glass sliding doors for the toilet do not close all the way. This was very weird. You can hear clearly through the walls the other guests in their rooms. One night, a neighbour’s phone was vibrating non-stop all the way until morning (going off every few minutes) and we could hear every single vibration."

"The photos on internet does not match with the room given at the arrival. There is no amenities, the front desk employee was unable to answer neither help when I told him that we have been make our reservations two months before arrrival and he just told we are hotel full occupancy. The room given smells terrible and room did not match what they published on internet! Next day we complaint at front desk and the changed us to other room almost what the published, but we lost almost half a day and there were cockroaches. They publishes pool but we have been told that was out service. The experience was terrible at all!"

"This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. On the day of departure, I woke up at 6:00, and there was no electricity in the room. Showering in the dark because I tried to call reception with "0" but no answer! At check out, I informed the reception, but she was not even sure what number to call reception."
