"Was my second time visiting Sonesta but my first time staying at the all adult Ocean point property. It definitely worth the upgrade. Having priority for certain restaurants as well worth it. The staff was great. They were kind and helpful. Would definitely go back for a third time "

"Staff was amazing. Did have an issues with trying to book excursions the guy was late everyday in which we missed the opportunity to book for that day & he left early. He gave misinformation about the day trips to the other islands as if he didn’t want us to go. "

"The housekeeping service was excellent. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets daily. The location is very good close to many restaurants, bars, shopping and a small supermarket. We had a problem with the TV and the kitchen light when we first checked in, the problems were taken care of right away. The room is a bit dated but everything was in working order. Would like to see some additional and better patio furniture. the wooden chairs on the patio were very uncomfortable. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I update them on activities I had planned and they told me the route or where they would rather recommend. They didn’t treat me as guests but rather as friends. People I knew from long time and we were reuniting. On my birthday I forgot her name but this amazing lady in charge of my room floor made me a drink , took pictures of me. Came to find out she was also a Leo. I really recommend this place. "I had a wonderful stay at Pomme Cannelle Luxury Suites & Spa! The place was cozy, clean, and very well-kept. The hosts were so welcoming and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable. The location was perfect quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to explore the area easily. I especially appreciated the small touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay, and I’d be happy to return!"
