"This place is out of the way, in a nice quiet area, surrounded by tree covered hills. You do get your own, self contained room. The only real downside was that the room was not labelled as a smoking or non-smoking room...so it had been smoked in previously and some lingering effects from that. Otherwise, great spot!"

"The front desk staff and house keeping were great. They made my stay the best experience because they had an concerned interest in what ever situation I was talking about even when it wasn't hotel related. The entire area from the outside to my room and the cleanest of the room was perfect. Many restaurants and shops near by and a train station to move about with ease."

"The room was great. The staff was even better. Very friendly and helpful as well as extremely accommodating. The view of Mt Fuji from the hotel was amazing."
"Very good location, it’s right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the main spots and a 6 min walk from the train station. Hotel was very clean and the Onsen was lovely, very calming. You don’t need to cover your tattoos, so this is a great spot if do have them! "
"This was an amazing experience with spectacular views and impeccable service. Spotless, spacious rooms. Wish we had stayed more than one night. Having our own private onsen was awesome! You won't regret staying here no matter your age or number of people!"
"The dinner menu was excellent and perfectly prepared. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The public bath was very clean and relaxing. Overall excellent stay will be back-"
