"The location was excellent—central and convenient, yet in a quieter, less busy area. The atmosphere was calm and artistic, with beautiful artwork. The room was a good size and very clean, and the overall value was great. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment, with virtually no outside noise. "Excellent staff. Everyone was friendly. I appreciated that they were attentive to guests checking in at the kiosk and offering assistance. I appreciated them holding onto my bags before check in and after check out. The location was very convenient. The bus limousine service drops you off right outside the hotel. Loved the location"

"If many overseas visitors use the hotel it would be good to have more information in English. Need clear instructions on how to check in. Wasn't aware there was no desk to check in upon arrival."

"スタッフと対応は良かった。水回りが微妙"

"Great location. Close walking distance to major tourist hotspots in Seoul"

"Outstanding location! We had a huge apartment that easily accommodated 4 adults. Details such as comfortable mattresses, excellent sheets, strong water flow in showers were appreciated. Would stay here again!"
