"The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hot tub was a great addition to the room. It was a smoking room we were booked in, but the staff were very helpful in providing a liquid spray to get rid of any smoking odors in the room since we were non-smokers. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the amenities provided in the room. My only suggestion would be to include a coffee maker in the room. "

"This hotel is conveniently located off I55 and close and an easy drive to the city of Chicago for any events and sites you are interested in. Burr Ridge is a cute town with a walkable Village Center. We stay here whenever in the area. Breakfast is nice too."
"I thought the hotel in a whole was very nice, clean, quiet stay. The thing I didn't like was that when I pulled my covers back to lay in the beautiful, comfortable bed there was a super long piece of hair under the covers laying on the fitted sheet. So therefore I had to sleep on top of the covers and cover up with 2 bath towels, but other than that I'll definitely recommend and stay again "
"The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all.
