"We were there for 13 nights. We saw Mo at check-in and check-out. Be aware that if you are elderly or have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. Our first room was on the top floor but Mo arranged to move us one floor down. Even then there were 64 stairs to climb and my wife and I are in our late 70's. This was a large strain on us even though we are reasonably fit. We had to think twice about going out for a short walk. The suite is basically appointed. A place to sleep,...

"Would be good if more than 1 toilet roll for 4 nights is provided instead of expecting that the travller buys a 4 roll pack from shops - small but inconvenient and wasteful. This also goes for dishwasher liquid - which was not provided but only 2 dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The sponge provided is a well used one., does not give a sense of hygiene. Given the increased warm weather days, air-conditioning should be installed especially because the few windows cannot be opened anymore...

"Ho richiesto di poter tenere i bagagli fuori dall'orario di check-in e check-out e il personale, nonostante non offrisse questo servizio, è stato disponibile e mi è venuto incontro"

"I booked a specific place due to the sleeping arrangments, knowing how specific my neurodivergent kid is, needing to sleep in her own bed. Not until we were in the air already flying from the US to London, I was sent a message that they changed us to another apartment, tried to say it was an upgrade. The sleeping arrangment was ruined and 2 kids had to sleep on the couch. The towels weren't any bigger than hand towels and they gave us 5 for 5 people the whole week. Water went all over the floor...

"Nice place to be"

"Lovely property. Had trouble accessing but the host responded quickly and we were able to get everything sorted. The property was nice and clean. Had what we needed for our stay. The bathroom was wonderful and larger than expected. Very happy with our stay."

"Perfect location! Close to two underground stations making it so easy to travel around London. It’s really close to the main train stations too. Lots of cafes close by too. The room was really clean and had all the essentials you could need. The building was well secured and we always felt safe. We stayed during a heatwave and the room even had A/C! I would definitely stay again."

"It is 100% a you get what you pay for kind of apartments. Even tho the hallway still is a building place it’s not messy, it smelled a little of weed and cigarettes now and then but that’s only in the hallway. The apartment it self was ok. Looks clean and spacious. Host was nice and they’re easy to contact. Only “bad” thing is that mop for floor was old and dirty, there was no sponge for dishes and there most definitely is black mold on the windows (not enough that it’s a health risk) wich...

"The images don’t represent this apartment. The apartment in reality appears to be like the one in the photos, but with true AI filter. Extensive use of gross polyester blankets were used to cover the gross furniture. This host ruined the first day of our trip with their deceitful tactics. This place was so below our standard and so far from what we expected, and was so gross that we desperately searched for alternative accommodations immediately after walking into the room, thankfully finding...
