"Country location. Staff were great. Property going through a managed decline as far as decor etc, if honest we wouldn’t go back. Restaurant closed on 2nd night of our half board stay, a member of staff cooked us a meal it wasn’t a meal we would have chosen, a take it or leave it, but we were the only ones fed. The bar was also closed, others had to make their own arrangements. I was told Staff were off that night as required to work at a event the next day."

Negatives: they place a Nescafé dolce gusto machine in the room for which they provide only two cups. After that, it's useless as you cannot really use it as a boiler or make any other type of coffee. There was a bit of sounds from other people's bathrooms in the room.
