Holiday in Seville

Really clean hotel. Room was really spacious. Toiletries and bottled water replenished daily. Room cleaned well by staff. Rooftop pool a really nice addition.

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, good cleanliness, friendly efficient service.Special mention for Raquel in bar/ restaurant excellent friendly service- thank you. To be evenbetter - sun loungers in poor broken condition and only 4 available. Cups/ mugs needed in room for tea/ coffee not paper cups.

Reception staff were all very accommodating and helpful at all times. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen also changed daily. However replenishing of the sundries such as cotton wool pads, toilet rolls etc. were hit & miss. The hotel is situated outside the city centre but a short taxi ride approx €8 was good value as it was located conveniently for all directions you wanted to get to. It was ideal for a winter break as the windows could remain closed otherwise in the summer months, you would definitely need to use air con as the road outside is very busy and high traffic flow therefore very noisy & fumes. Overall a very enjoyable stay was had :)

This property is just outside the city center, but it’s very easy to Uber into town. We had a great time at the bar with Raquel - she made me and my wife feel very comfortable and like family. She was definitely the best part of our trip, so he sure to ask for her and leave a good tip!
