Our room was for 4 people, with twin beds in the bedroom and 2 single sofa beds in the lounge area. The beds were all comfy and the room was spacious, clean and well furnished. It had everything we needed and was good value for money.

Hotel was lovely and the junior suite was perfect size for our family of 4. Everything was clean and spotless. Hotel restaurant has a limited menu for children, so if you're after chicken nuggets for example, you need to book as half board or full board, as that's a different menu! It was about an hour's bicycle ride to the centre from the hotel and 20 mins in taxi :)

Although I had initial issues with the smell of the cleaning supplies used on my room, the extremely attentive and supportive staff IMMEDIATELY solved the issue and created the perfect peaceful, eco-friendly, environment I craved! Great Customer Service the lady thay checked us in was very nice and gave us ab amazing room. The room was very spacious air conditioning worked great. Swimming pool on the 2nd floor was clean and great for the kids. Good location there are restaurants, shops, ect. all within walking distance. I will stay here again next time in Sevilla.

It's a good hotel, a little off the beaten track. It's a good 40-minute bus ride to either the old town of Serville or the newer commercial area. It was clean and offered good value for money.

We had booked a quadruple room. When we arrived late at night, we found that the bunk bed in the room was broken, and the room (which was on the second floor) had a very strong and unpleasant smell. This was quite shocking, especially the odor coming from the bathroom. Because the bunk bed was broken, the staff kindly offered us another room. This new room was much better: it was clean and had one double bed and two single beds. The only downside was that access to this room was only by stairs, as there was no elevator for that floor. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, if the room had not been changed due to the broken bed, I honestly don’t know how we would have managed the strong bathroom smell in the original room.

Decent stay

The hotel has a decent car park and the facilities are decent. The pool on floor 2 is good also. The beds are quite uncomfortable and could do with a upgrade.
