"Wir sind gerne im ace Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich, es gibt kostenloses Frühstück und als wir das letzte Mal da waren, waren es draußen 38 grad. Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage perfekt eingestellt, es war sehr schön kühl im Zimmer. Der Check in ging sehr schnell und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das einzig negative war, dass wir ein schmutziges Handtuch im Badezimmer (zusammengelegt) hatten aber das hab ich ausgetauscht. Ansonsten werden...

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I checked into my room, I found stains on the bed cover. I notified the front desk and requested clean bedding. Instead of having a staff member change the sheets, my son was told to do it himself. I found this to be unprofessional and unacceptable. The following night, I discovered stains on the bed sheets again. I found this to be very unsanitary and concerning. Clean bedding is a basic expectation when...

"Tolles Hotel, wir übernachten hier gerne wenn wir im Disneyland Paris sind. Waren bereits einige Male hier und können es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, persönlich muss ich sagen schlafen wir hier in den Betten sogar am besten. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, Parken vor Ort kostenlos. Kleines Manko, Chromecast am TV funktioniert leider nicht mit iPhones - wäre gut wenn das gefixt werden könnte."

"I’m actually usually a very empathetic understanding and not too picky person when it comes to hotels. And I would normally not give such a low review because the hotel was pretty good otherwise, and I would’ve given it four stars. However they really should not be allowed to have “pool and hot tub” on the list of amenities. Like other reviewers (I noticed much too late by looking at Google reviews when I was already on my way to the hotel and too late to cancel) have said, it’s very deceiving....

"Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed. Overall very friendly staff and great communication. The room was spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed as well."
