"Very friendly and helpful staff"

"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."

"The overall experience was good . Rooms were good. We had two rooms one room they didn’t clean as well found cigarette butts on floor. We told staff and they said “sorry”."

"Stayed there for 1 night after a night flight at CDG Airport. First experience with finding the hotel shuttle bus from the airport was a disaster, the signage was not clear, the driver was downright rude and not helpful at all. No help was given with loading the luggage onto the bus. The driver didn't even unlock/open the back for us to put our baggage. Appreciated the 24/7 front desk but would also like to feedback that the front desk staff seem to be temp/part-time staff. They checked me into...

"I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere."

"The room wasn’t cleaned or beds made, all that was done was new towels were given. The shower sink and toilet was not cleaned the 2 nights we were there. The TV did not work in the first room we were given but they did move us to another room."

"certains membres du personnel sont vraiment aimable comme le gérant et d’autres nous disent pas bonsoir lorsqu’on rentre à l’hôtel mais en général le staff est gentil. il était pas possible de faire un early check in alors les chambres sont vraiment disponibles après 15h peut etre par manque de personnel? il a pris du temps avant d’avoir des updates du personnel par rapport à savoir si le early check in était possible. L’alarme de feu arrêtait pas de sonner meme s’il n’y avait pas de feu. une...
