This hotel is adjacent to McGill in downtown Montreal. Walkable to great restaurants and Old Port Montreal. In fact, the restuRant in the hotel was excellent with professional and skilled servers. The aesthetic of the hotel is extraordinary in its calming visual aesthetic and highly functional design. Our room was well appointed and beautiful with a fireplace, large bathtub, perfect lighting and comfortable bedding and beds. Most significantly, the front desk staff, Olivia and Chloe, worked hard to change our rooms when our first room had a noisy neighbor. They went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional!

Nice boutique hotel in a great downtown location, about a 25-minute walk to Old Montreal. The rooms were modern, minimalist, and very clean. The pool is shaded all day, which was nice during the hot weather, but it is quite small, so larger groups shouldn’t expect much room to swim. The cocktails at the hotel restaurant were excellent, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. Our only complaint was the check-in process. We were told our room would be ready earlier than expected, but it ended up taking several hours longer than we had been advised. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any updates or explanation during the wait. We did speak with hotel management about the communication breakdown, and they were very receptive. They apologized, said they would address the issue, and kindly offered us complimentary drinks as a gesture of goodwill.

Overall ok place, location and staff were the best part of it. Their gym is missing lots of equipments and super small. Price wise was a little over priced for what you can get around it. Fully renovated, but the washroom has a bad smell.

Cool location but that's about it. This place reminded me of a re-modeled Holiday Inn. The smell of cheap paint, an air conditioner that sounded like a 53 Buick and the lighting in the bathroom that resembled an insane asylum was disappointing. My work trip had changed along with a significant decrease in price prior to my arrival. I asked the hotel and Expedia but nobody was willing to accommodate. I've also asked for my final folio 3 times but nobody ever sends it my way. On the flip, the restaurant downstairs is top-notch along with the staff who works there.

When I booked the new pool was fully serviced and running, one of the main reasons I booked the hotel, however for the 3 nights/4 days of my stay the pool was closed for servicing. I was also sent an offer for a $100 credit at the hotel when booking directly on the app, this was a summer promotion. The hotel did not honour this at all, which is insane also given their amenities were out of service. I did email about this to clarify and they said the offer did not apply to me even though I clearly met the terms and conditions and was directly sent it from the hotel. The hotel is clean and well stocked however they knock on your door around 830pm every evening even if the do not disturb sign is up to offer you water bottles and 2 small chocolates. I asked at the front desk why does this occur if I do not want to be disturbed and they blamed it on me stating I must not have had my do not disturb sign visible. They have security all day however at evening when trying to enter the hotel around 1230pm the door was blocked by a trolley and I could not enter. The front desk staff member was shouting at me from inside, unable to make out what she was saying. Then she came over and shouted you need to use your key and enter through the side. This was never explained to me at check in. After entering she continued to go on about how I cannot be doing that. Not sure why they have security all day but not at night to let people in. Overall I do not recommend staying here.
