The hotel was incredibly family friendly and super convenient to the metro line. A bit far from old town but still nice. There is a grocery store more or less connected to the hotel, which made it easy to pickup anything we forgot.

I booked this hotel for my birthday weekend. The property is very beautiful, clean and in close proximity to a grocery store and food stands. This is a good area downtown! Staff is also very nice. One thing I didn’t like was the breakfast buffet; not too many options.

Staying at the Hyatt Downtown was a great experience for my daughter and I while in town for the Lady Gaga concert. Great location, nice hotel, and I can't say enough about the staff-they were all amazing, from Florian the Manager of the kitchen, to the breakfast, custodial and front desk staff, who all went above and beyond!
