Convenient location. Close to the metro station. AC cooling was bad in the rooms but the weather was fortunately pleasant at night and the two table fans in my room helped.

It was in the middle of town and easy to walk other places. The parking was not included in it and that was a big draw back and hard to find nearby parking. Hotal staf was not welcoming. cleaning was average. There should be dining hall for the guest.

This hotel is more of a motel so if you are looking for a place in terms of luxury I suggest you look elsewhere. However my stay here was mainly only for sleeping and bathing since i was out majority of the day so if you just need a simple place to crash at the end of the day, this is fine and simple. The furniture is outdated and unfortunately they dont clean the room until you checkout. The neighbourhood however is very convenient for dining, theres a cinema across the street if you want to catch a movie and tons of bars and pubs to check out. Its also a 5 min walk from the metro so its super convenient and not far from old montreal (15 min) and montreal eaton center (15 min). Also there is no elevator so if you need assitance with walking there are only stairs. The hallway is also super thin so you can hear people going into their suites. I would say overall it wasnt bad since I wasnt looking for a fancy place to stay just needed a bed and shower that functioned which this provided.

The location was great. There are a ton of restaurants along the street, and it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. However the hotel itself was very underwhelming. Some of the staff was kind, but other members of the staff were rude. One man in particular gave us a very hard time for asking for new sheets when the sheets on our bed had many cigarette burns in them, and argued with us about providing clean sheets. It also felt like pulling teeth to get fresh towels over the course of 5 days. The room itself had lots of holes, the door was not sealed off from the hallway so I felt like there was no privacy, and there was no air conditioning in the rooms themselves (only in the hallways), which was definitely false advertising. For the price, I felt very disappointed in this hotel. There are definitely cleaner and friendlier options! I would not go back again.

The staff are nice, we came early to the hotel and really tired from our flight. Front desk let us check in early with the same rate that day. Our stayed for 3days was good.

The owner Cameron the second day of our trip and was so helpful! Since it was our first time visiting the area we didn't understand the METRO and took He took the time to explain the Metro and wrote it out on a map for us. This saved us soooo much money and so much time! The staff was all very kind.

Worst stay ever. The beds are dirty. Air-con is very weak, almost not cool at all. No parking. I have to park at the Grand Library at $25/day. Wifi is poor. Everything is very very old.
