Great location in Old Montreal. Tons of eateries nearby along with the awe inspiring Notre-Damme Basilica of Montreal (catch the Aura light and sound show). Temporary parking out front to load and unload. Permanent daily rate parking around the back. Rooms are nice staff are super friendly. The restaurant is closed though so the breakfasts are a pastry in a box. Don’t stay here for that. We’d stay here again if the rates stay competitive.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy at night. My wife was woken around 1:00 a.m. by loud music coming from nearby bars. Additionally, both my room and a friend’s adjacent room had very uncomfortable beds. One side of the mattress appeared deformed, possibly due to memory foam breakdown, making it difficult to lie flat. Guests with back or sciatic issues are likely to have trouble sleeping as I did. Aside from these concerns, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the kindness of the staff.

Great stay

Great little hotel bang in the middle of were you want to be. Staff were friendly and helpful. having access near by gym was a real bonus. All in all a great stay in Montreal.

Property and staff was good but the bathroom water adjust is ambiguous at best! Construction in front closed the street and prevented the restaurant and bar from being open…not ideal for the stay. We will try again once the street is open.

The breakfast was not worth hanging around for. They obviously don’t have a kitchen, but 2 cold subpar croissants and and really bad coffee was not worth their effort and our waiting for it. We went around the corner to a good cafe afterwards. It’s a shame be cause we loved the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful.

The room was very cozy and breakfast was very good! The only issue was parking was a little bit difficult, especially when we needed to unload a lot of baggage and bring into the hotel (no elevators). Overall we are very pleased with this property.

We did not stay here because there was road construction right in front of the hotel that went on noisily all day, Plus, as a result of the construction, the sidewalk in front of the hotel was unsafe and difficult to navigate. The room we were given was large and comfortable but had insufficient lighting and was very dark. We were able to move to sister property of the EPIK -- Hotel UVille -- a couple of blocks away and really liked that hotel. It was quiet, had a great staff, a comfortable well-lit room, and an excellent location.
