Heart and stroke issues cause irreversible damages without warning signs. Allah, the most merciful, protected your baba with two major ones twice: - In 2012, his clogged arteries were detected without a full blown heart attack. - Then again yesterday, Allah protected him from a full blown stroke and just gave a warning sign to alert us.

Breakfast was amazing! Lots of options, even for all three of my picky kids! Close to the bus to get down to the Metro and into the rest of Montreal. Quick and easy shuttle to and from the airport. My only complaint is that the swimming pool is not very child friendly. A small and deep pool, probably great for older kids or a little bit of shorter lane swimming. Overall it was a great stay, the beds were comfy, and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed with our extended family overnight at your hotel . I normally stay in more expensive hotels so, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the beds were in your hotel . The breakfast far surpassed other hotels I have been to. My grandchildren raved about the breakfast ! I found the breakfast and our stay Exceptional!

It took 3 requests & 3 hours to bring up a rollaway bed. We stayed 3 nights without room cleaning, even I requested on 2nd & 3rd days. It took more than 1 hour & a followed up request to receive clean towels. Other problem is 2 hand rails in the pool were loosed.

It was a good overnight stay on our way through Montreal to the East Coast. The good: We are a family of 5, 2 being kiddos and we found the pool (albeit was freezing cold) and included breakfast (eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, juice, coffee etc.) a great perk! The not so good: I was not happy about having to pay extra for parking though, at $35 which wasn't mentioned when booking through Expedia in addition to paying a $50 room deposit, which I actually got charged twice for initially was a minor inconvenience. Other than that, it was your typical hotel stay.

Two of the lifts were out of order and the third one was unclean. The refrigerator in the room did not keep the water cool!! There was no difference whether the bottle was out side or in the fridge!! We had a very early check out but they provided coffee, fruits and muffins! The room was clean and the restroom was very spacious and clean.

There were hairs on the bathtub and corners of the bathroom. When I left the duvet there was hair there too. The breakfast selection is decent but the line up was 15 minute long. Bed was comfortable. On the check out day we had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator. Staff at the reception disregarded our complaints. Very disappointed

We were disappointed with the housekeeping and customer service during our stay. Our room was not cleaned, and the garbage was not emptied for three consecutive nights. The towels were also not changed during that time. Additionally, we found the front desk staff to be unfriendly and slow to respond to our concerns. We expected a much higher standard of service and hope these issues will be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences.

L’hôtel est propre et le petit déjeuner inclus est un must. Cependant, les chambres, même si très propres, auraient avantage à être rénovées pour enlever le tapis et actualiser les salles de bain. Nous ne retrouvons dans le bain qu’une pomme de douche au mur et celle ci ne dirige pas vraiment bien l’eau. Une douchette à main devrait être ajoutée.
