We enjoyed our stay. Room was large and clean, bed was comfortable, and staff were very helpful. Location is also convenient. Close to public transit and very walkable to many attractions. We would definitely stay again.

Clean room, the breakfast were good, although some days lack variety but other than that, it was good staff or excellent. Kudos to Arthur in the kitchen. The room was nice. It’s convenient. It’s downtown close to the trains and buses so I would definitely stay there again. We loved our time in Montreal.

Patricio greeted us at reception when we arrived and was so welcoming, the hotel itself gave us free breakfast - hearty! and also afternoon drinks from 5-7 with snacks - a great in between before dinner. The restaurant in the hotel was great and ask for Arthur - he was our server and he was on point. The rooms were very clean and the staff were super friendly. Will definelty recommend!

The all suites/apartment style of this hotel is extremely well suited for city travelers. The included breakfast buffet filled me up for the entire day. They had a nice balance of the usual eggs and breakfast meats, but also a wide assortment of fruits, yogurts, etc. The location is fantastic. Only steps away from Notre Dame and old Montreal, with a major subway stop across the street. There's also a segment of the Berlin Wall about half a block away as well as some wonderful and unique nearby cafe option including Crew Cafe and Tommy. The train station is 850 m away and took us only about 12 minutes to walk. It's also walking distance to the downtown shopping district and Crescent Street if you're a walker. I would definitely stay here again.

Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations by so much! Everything was perfect! The suites were roomy, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet had anything you could want for breakfast, including made to order omelets. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, including Notre Dame Cathedral and the old port. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and clean Great breakfast A couple of things to note - 1 day there were no pancakes. Asked the chef and he said the manager did not listen when he told her he was out of cooking spray - had to call cleaning because they did not clean the room. The person cleaned the shower with a cloth and used the same one to clean the coffee filter, but did wash the filter afterwards.

I’ve stayed here about 15 times and keep coming back for the location and overall comfort. I’m wondering if management might follow up with me regarding two instances of spotting live vermin in the restaurant- I did escalate to the front desk but would like to give the manager the opportunity to encourage my continued patronage.
