We got to the hotel quite early and knew we may not be able to check in right away. Not disappointed but would have been happier if we could have checked in. The place where we stored our luggage I did t think was very secure. That bothered me a bit. The staff and restaurant were good. The shuttle to the airport was convenient.

The lobby was nice and front of house. Staff were great. I felt secure in the parking lot, leaving my car, but ran into a problem with two of the back doors. One was completely broken and out of order, so I re-parked and moved to the second door, which would not close. I did not find that very safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but I did not find the bathroom overly clean. The shower drain was not working very well and water backed up. The towels were not clean and stained. Nor was there hot water in the sink however there was in the shower stall.

The hotel was fine. Clean, comfortable place to stay. My only complaint was the shuttle service to the airport. It was unavailable for us. We would have had to wait in the lobby for 2 hrs to utilize the service. There didn’t appear to be that many people waiting and the front desk initially indicated that they would get the larger vehicle to take everyone to the airport. The woman then came back and indicated that we would need to wait another hour for the next shuttle. We ended up taking an uber to the airport and paying an additional $30 as we were not willing to wait.
