"They upgraded my room to one with a private bathroom free of charge due to most of the hotel being occupied by male construction workers. It was greatly appreciated. Only downside is the location, as there is nothing around except a few grocery stores that close early and the closest bus is a 20min walk away. "Our accommodation was in a well decorated house which we enjoyed. Yann and his wife Matilda welcomed us. The house was very clean. "

"The price was good and we stayed one night so we could visit Mont Saint Michele, it is about 25 minutes away by car. Note that the town of Pontorson shuts down early. We could not find a restaurant open on a Friday night stay, no fault of the hotel."

"Good location. The woman who received us was nice. She told us that we could buy breakfast the next day, and this was not the case though. For some reason I was the only one not allowed to get breakfast. The bed collapsed the first time I sat on it, so I slept on the bunked. They were nice to let me in when we had forgotten the code. "

Bernard and Ignacio are excellent hosts who have done a tremendous job in repairing and restoring this beautiful Chateau. Breakfast was superb and the view of Mt St Michel is extraordinary.
