Amazing Stay!

Cute little hotel on Mont St Michel. Clean, bigger than expected, and very comfy beds. The shower had a waterfall shower head which was amazing. The staff was wonderful! Very nice!

We had a great view of the Abbey at Mont St Michel directly out our window. I liked that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms. The hotel staff seemed a little surprised when I asked for additional towels. One towel looked like it had dried bird poop on it. Going to a different property to check out was different. Overall, I loved the experience of being on the rock for the night. If you're looking for modern conveniences and fancy digs, you won't find it here and that's fine. The view and history were worth it.

Perfect and magical

This is a magical place to stay. A private entrance along the sea wall. The amazing views of the water. The separate bedroom and living area. An amazingly modern and up to date bathroom. Absolute perfection for this back in time get away.

Wonderful location with views of the abbey and the ocean. Rooms are small but have modern amenities considering the hotel is located in a historical building. I recommend staying two nights so you can get up before the crowds flock in, stay up later to wander the streets after the crowds begin to dissipate, and have an afternoon retreat to put your feet up when the crowds are at their peak. Loved our stay and will dream about returning.

Perfect place to stay in Mont Saint Michelle! Staff is friendly and helpful. Yes there are a lot of stairs and the rooms are small but truly very comfortable. I would not bring a suitcase . Just a backpack.

Stunning view from the room and area around was amazing. Mont Saint-Michel explains everything. Maybe little bit overpriced but worth to visit and stay for one night when all tourists are gone and basically you got whole island for yourself. Love it.

Super nice! One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Yes, there are many stairs and it's small but that's what to expect when you stay in a medieval area.

Good choice if you want to overnight on the island. Just expect to get your exercise from the many stairs to reach your room. Once you get there, the room is nice…and ours had a view of the abbey. Note also that the restaurant (for Auberge Saint Pierre) gives priority to hotel guests.

Overnight on Mont St Michel

This was a great room for a night's stay. Very comfortable, a bit small but we loved the view and listening to the night sounds. Be prepared for stairs and you have to remember how to get back to your room. But the staff person was great and we could even store our luggage after we checked out so we could explore.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic view

This hotel and the room i stayed in were absolutely gorgeous! Be prepared to trek up stairs, as there is no elevator. Staff was nice and helpful when they were available. The staff could really use a bit more (English) explanation when it comes to instructions for after the restaurant downstairs closes (maybe a map would help), but I made do with gestures and limited English from the staff.

Staff were excellent. Lots of stairs. All noises and voices from the creaky stairs to hallway conversations can be heard in each room - and presumably vice versa. But the place was otherwise excellent. My one complaint, I chose the hotel for the restaurant - which was closed! (Sigh)
