Excellent location to get the most out of the Mont. Definitely a calmer vibe in the evening and the optional dinner was excellent. Private shuttle service was appreciated from car parking lot to annex room door.

The staff was excellent , the accommodations a bit tired but suitable for such an historic accommodation. The assistance from the parking area to the hotel on the island was particularly excellent and would like to extend our appreciation. Thank you for a memorable experience.

The rooms are very basic, but that’s not unusual considering the location. The shower will not accommodate a large person. It is very quiet at night as most visitors leave the area. Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been improved upon. A guest with mobility issues might find navigating the property a challenge. Since it is a unique experience to stay in Mont Saint-Michel, however, we found it to be worthwhile and enjoyable to stay at La Confiance.

Very tired and aged property in need of a full refurbishment. Staff were friendly and breakfast was basic but adequate. A few basic changes could make the experience here so much better. Location was great on this iconic location. Having parking available was very helpful.

The hotel is amazing, however during the heatwaves, there’s lack of fan or air conditioners to cool the room. Staffs weren’t very helpful during the heatwaves. On the other side, the room is amazing, comfy bed and bathroom is clean.

We stayed at Les Terrasses Poulard. Amazing French breakfast buffet included with our room (although we heard it’s not included with all rooms). The room was clean and we had an amazing view. Jut be aware that there is no fan or AC. It was 90 degrees in May when we stayed there. It cooled down once sun went down and we had all windows open, but hot during the day.
