Downside was not advised that 2 cards are needed for the lights/electricity, this causes lights to go off every 10 minutes, however was easily resolved. Just please let guests know in future as was not pleasant experiencing total darkness in the bathroom! Staff very apologetic when quiring this. "

A fantastic stay!
"We had a wonderful stay! We felt that it was really good value for money. The hotel was beautifully clean and tidy and looked modern. The spa and pool were lovely and easy to locate and access. The rooms were great and the rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond when welcoming us into the hotel and made my 4 year old feel really special. We will be back again! "
