"Very nice resort. Great views - you're one on one with nature there. The private villas are the way to go. Great staff, too. They also have their own private nature trail to investigate as well. Even though there was construction going on directly behind our villa it didn't impact our 3 night stay at all. I commend them for that. "This is a beautiful place in the middle of the Rainforest with an impeccable view of the Arenal Volcano! The rooms are divided among separate dwellings for each group (example: 200s, 300s, etc) They offer rides to different areas of the property, but I took the opportunity to walk to must places within the property for some exercise. "This place was a gem, nice clean rooms with a kitchen. Our room was facing the volcano so that was a surprise. They had a bridge to walk over to get to breakfast, that was so cool for the kids. Breakfast was so good and fresh. I highly recommend. "

"We had an amazing experience at Arenal Observatory. The staff was super friendly and bilingual. They even left special treats in our room for us :D Transportation was easily accessible and the trails were beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant served delicious food and has a great view! I highly recommend booking the shared casona. The rooms were spacious and clean and it has a small observation deck right next to the entrance! "omg this place is a paradise!! its such a small resort (like 30 rooms) however, it has like 8 pools, most of them thermal springs, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are so spacious and clean! luxury and the staff is soooo nice! the breakast food was delicious!! 7 am breakfast everyday. we had dinner there once (not included in price) and that too was delicious. I honestly will book again, because i felt like i was in paradise!!"
