"Was very satisfied with the staff, the room and the overall stay. I forgot to get the woman’s name who worked the front desk but she was incredibly nice and hospitable. I will remember her kindness. "This hotel is probably a hidden gem. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff as well as cleaning crew were very competent and thorough. The restaurant was pretty good. We ate at the breakfast buffet every day and the food was good. Coming from the states, the buffet allows you to eat without being a glutton. We had dinner there one night and we thought the food was very well prepared and the drinks very good. The hotel is walking distance from a mall - like maybe a block and a half. It is across from a beachfront and you can see Sugarloaf Mountain from the hotel. There were local eateries and it wasn't too far from the metro. I would definitely recommend."

"The location was excellent, not much English was spoken but understandable due to staying away from copacabana. Everything was explained perfectly and there was 24/7 staff ready to help. Rooms got cleaned everyday if you dropped off your key (get explained) and my favourite was the breakfast as it was fresh and filling. Rooms were cool and it was perfect for my use of using the hotel just to sleep as we were outside majority of the time."
