"Our king bed room had a weird layout of 80% bed, leaving the rest of the space feeling tight and cramped. Lighting is either all on or a small bed-side lamp. The bathroom felt dated and lacked amenities like to hang towels and clothes. Service and breakfast were very good and the lobby and rooftop areas in particular were very nice. The location around is very lively. A bit sketchy but you can find anything you need within walking distance at any hour."

"Very good, very friendly, location it’s great, 8 minute walk to the market, 10 minute walk to the metro to Copacabana. You Can explore a lot without wasting much on transportation, the best location for a hotel in my opinion."

"El desayuno muy completo y abundante. El personal en todas las areas tiene excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente. El cuarto esta remodelado y en buenas condiciones. El baño necesita estar igual, por lo que sugiero que lo presenten igual o mejor que el cuarto ya que se ve viejo y con bastantes defectos. Hace falta mejorar MUCHO la limpieza, encontramos sucio debajo de las camas, habian calcetines de huespedes anteriores, mucho polvo debajo de camas. Las sabanas estaban rotas. Solo pusieron toallas de manos y para salir del baño el primer dia. Se nota que limpian solo para dar una buen impresion de entrada. Por lo demas estaba bien."

"Very disappointed. The property itself is nice. The rooms have spider webs. The hot water is hit and miss. Some days you get it and other days you don't. Breakfast is skimpy at best. There are 80 steps I had to take with two 20 kg bags. That is just insane. They don't tell you that at the time of booking. Also, the description of the Azul room is incorrect on Expedia. This room is NOT 568 square feet. Expedia shows free breakfast but the hotel wants to charge you for breakfast. Overall I would not stay here."
