Outstanding service for a budget hotel, have stayed in many high-end properties, and specially in Brazil, service is not their forte, however I was pleasantly surprised with the service received at this location, and at an unbeatable price! Kudos to Maria and Bruno! You made my stay even better!!

Good value for money

The people were really friendly. Staff were great. Beds were a little on the stiff side. Could have used a few more cleanings, but overall was worth the price we paid to stay there.

Hotel is very well located. Felt safe and was easy to get around copacabana. Room was very basic but comfortable. However, the walls are super thin and I had extremely loud neighbours the first night of my stay that woke me up. Breakfast was good with a varied selection but more should be done to keep flies away from the fruit/cheese station. Overall, it was a good stay.

I loved it here. the rooms are so comfy with great AC, and it feels like a mini apartment not a hotel (i just wish they had microwaves). The breakfast buffet is nice but the food doesn't taste very good or high quality. the location is 2 steps from the metro and just far enough from the beach that the street is quiet and cozy. I really loved my stay and would come back again!

The location was perfect, breakfast was great and a very nice staff. The room could be a little more clean, when I entered there was some sand on the floor but I understood because it's the beach. The people on the room above me were very loud.

The property is a 10 stories building and One of the elevators was not working. We had to wait literally 15 to 20 minutes to get in . They only provided 1 bath towel. No face or hand towels. The location is very nice. Close to the beach and to the local commercial area.

Traveling for my first time in Rio and saw really good ratings on the hotel. Everything was good but not great. We were given a room with bunk beds at first then asked to be moved to the two twins like I booked and thankfully they were able to switch in spite of being full. The room looks much larger in photos. Very friendly staff and the location is prime to be at the beach in a few blocks. Overall satisfied just felt like the ratings on Expedia were higher than I thought for this level of hotel. If you’re looking to spend minimal time in the room and just a place to just crash this is your place.

Some members of the staff were truly helpful and on point. Breakfast was good. Our room was not sweapt after we had gone to the beach. No cups in the rooms to take pills every morning. Washed our clothes three times right across the street. Literally 2 blocks from the beach. Saw a guy getting robbed at the corner. Overall, it was convenient, but be careful.
