"We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

"Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay."
"The view from our balcony was incredible! Very close to the train station and gandola ride. Staff was very friendly, especially Miriam at the front desk, who attempted to make us drinks when the bar was closed. She did a great job and was so nice to accommodate us. One of my favorite stays in all of Switzerland! "
"The name says it all. When you stay here, you feel like you are staying in a palace. On the outside, it is far away the most magnificent building in Murren. The inside is even better, tastefully and magnificently decorated. The staff is excellent, and the sauna in the spa area is not to be missed. Finally, the dining room is dramatic and the food, particularly the extravagant breakfast, is hard to beat."
"Room had amazing view of the mountains and a little balcony where we sat just taking in the views and the sounds of the birds, cow bells, and thunder. It was a very clean and comfortable modernized room. Loved the bed! No elevator, but I loved the rustic vibe. Front desk very friendly and helpful."
"The hotel and room are nice, very swiss chalet. However, the check in counter close since 20:00 though the staff are all very nice and helpful but this hotel is somewhat far and not convenience if you have no car. If you want to go further to Jungfrau, you rather find hotel around the Interlaken west/Ost station."

The staffs were so kind and willing to help us in every way.
Also enjoyed whirlpool, spa, sauna and swimming pool.
Deeply satisfied with the hotel - will give 11 out of 10 and recommend you to stay here if you were to stay in Grindelwald.

"Arrived at the Hotel and the staff could not be more feiendly and helpful. Absolutely beautiful property with a swiss feel. Room was great , indoor pool with Sauna and showers . Restaurant was amazing and probably our best meal in Switzerland. Perfectly located right at the beginning of all the restaurants and shops in Grindenwald. Walk out the door and two minutes you are in the heart of everything. Walked to Grindenwald First as well.
Would highly recommend and absolutely stay there...
"This property was super cute! It did not have AC, but the staff offered suggestions for how to make things cooler- it worked for the most part. We enjoyed the view and the balcony. Really liked its proximity to the train station and the town. It was easy to get around. The staff was very friendly and personal. This breakfast buffet was our least favorite though- although, it was fine. The room was a bit tight for two."
