Beautiful location in Wagner. It is at the top of a hill overlooking the little town. Is is a short walk from the train station, but the hotel will send a driver if you ask. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Rooms were clean except for cigarettes in ashtray when we went to our room . Elevator smelled of sulphur. As to Sauna, we are rather sad that it was naked only. We are 2 prudish people and not comfortable around nude people, so couldnt use it. Breakfast was average..Oh and we would have liked a little more complimentary Proseco.."Free minibar was a disappointment had a coupple of beers and apple juice Now all the good . Front desk people amazing. Kudos and special mention to Miguel our bartender who was fantastic.Hot Tub and pool fantastic. And the view....What a view. Ask for room 314!. Shuttle person was super and bags were brought to our room. Overall an amazing experience and want to return this summer

The best place to stay exploring the Jungfrau.

By far the best hotel and spa in the Wengen and Lauterbrunnen. The staff and the hotel director Nebojsa Rikic did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The restaurant was great with an amazing view of the snowy mountains. Hotel has an excellent spa with 3 different saunas and hammam.

Excellent hotel, the staff were friendly and incredibly committed to making our stay nice. Overall good condition, only minor nitpick was that one of the two mattresses were not the most comfortable and probably in need of updating.

Hotel Beausite Park is absolutely amazing! I booked it at the last moment, and am so grateful I booked this gorgeous hotel. I was warmly greeted by Iris, whose customer service was outstanding. She gave me a tour of the beautiful hotel, and then gave me my room early, as it was ready. I was overwhelmed how beautiful my room was. The view of the mountains gorgeous, and the bed, heavenly! I wish I was staying more than one night, but I can’t wait to return to this gorgeous hotel with incredible staff and service! Thank you Iris, and the entire staff!

Good hotel but could be better

The transfer service between train station and hotel was superb. The view was fantastic and facilities were good. Breakfast was good but varieties were average. Enjoyed in the small pool with warm water prior breakfast. Price at the high side, expect to have more against the price paid.

Very dated, dark, dirty and old rooms. Pillows had smell of used dirty socks. No real lobby to sit down and relax. Pool area is limited access with too many people. The view of mountains is great and breakfast was nice other than the breakfast nothing worth spending the money. I could get these amenities in under a $100, why pay more than $700…. We travel around the globe and stay at all levels of places.

Claims to be a ski in and ski out property. That is misleading. The main ski slope runs some distance away from the hotel and to get to or from the hotel you need traverse via various roads several hundred metres. The property is dated and requires updating, particularly given the high price point (approx 500 CHF per night). On the positive, the staff were generally friendly.

Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing breakfast, amazing service and amazing views. Common area carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Little untidy look in rooms with some scuffs and scratches. Bathroom are dated and was difficult to control the temperature for showers.

Beautiful area. Terrific service. Very nice rooms. Only difficulty was finding it. Booked the place to be near Grindelwald. Only 10 km away. As the crow flies. Getting there from Grindelwald involves driving to Lauterbrennen and taking a train to Wengen. None of which is explained on the Orbitz site. And Google maps tries to route you there on mountain roads that terminate a few Kms from the town, on the wrong side of the mountain. But a beautiful stay once we figured out how to get there
