"Great hotel, a bit out of city but we were working so it was great! Lots of food options just on your door step"

"This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! "The shower had an overwhelming sewage smell. Not sulphur…actual sewage. The AC did not work because the hotel’s power is governed by the Pudong Airport, so we’re unable to adjust the temp in the room. I would not stay here again."

"My family enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast buffet is diverse and offers both eastern and western cuisine, and the photo shoot included with room was phenomenal! We recommend this property without reservation!"

They are not bilingual and refuse to use translation apps. The staff is rude and their attitude is nasty! Pack a portable iron...

"The specially I was most interested with is location of coving and service for the customer. "

"If you can overlook a few details such as smelly elevator, dark garage, unmarked dishes in the breakfast buffet, this place is worthy of staying for interesting room design and fairly well done cleanliness."

"Good"

"Good location (near Jing’an Temple station) , clean"

"La ubicación es a unas diez cuadras de la estación de metro, pero en el camino hay muchísimos locales de comida -principalmente- el hotel está impecable, tiene todos los servicios necesarios. El personal no habla casi ingles pero se la rebuscan bastante bien y hubo una chica en particular que sí entendía más y fue más fácil la comunicación. Son todos muy amables y predispuestos. El desayuno fue excelente y la limpieza del cuarto también "
